What You'll Build
🔄 Advanced Pipeline Systems: Design and maintain sophisticated data processing workflows using Nextflow and modern orchestration tools
☁️ Cloud-Scale Infrastructure: Architect robust AWS solutions handling massive datasets with EC2, S3, Batch, RDS, and ECS
🛠️ DevOps Excellence: Build bulletproof CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins that deploy complex, multi-step data processing systems
📦 Container Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications processing high-volume data workloads
🏗️ Microservices Architecture: Design scalable, modular systems for enterprise-grade data analysis platforms
⚡ Performance Engineering: Optimize infrastructure for compute-intensive workloads and large-scale data processing
Required qualifications
What You Need
3+ years with Python/Java/C#
Pipeline experience (Nextflow, Airflow, or similar)
AWS & Jenkins production experience
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible)
Bonus: Databases, APIs, Linux scripting
