✈️ Composite Design Engineer – Aircraft Cabin Interior Structures (M/F)

💥 Are you experienced in designing aircraft cabin structures such as seats, linings, monuments, or partitions—not primary structure?

🎯 What you will do
As part of an engineering team focused on aircraft cabin interiors, you'll be involved in composite structural design and integration for complex cabin components.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop composite components for cabin interiors (seating, linings, PSU, monuments, partitions, etc.)
Generate detailed 3D models, BoMs, and integration studies using CATIA V5
Ensure design for manufacturability, compliance with aerospace standards (CS25/FAA), and ergonomics
Participate in design reviews and support engineering milestones (PDR, CDR, ITCM)
Work closely with cross-functional teams: manufacturing, certification, supply chain, and customer interface
Develop and implement internal design guidelines and best practices
Support composite tooling, prototyping, and production integration
Profil recherché
🎓 What we expect
⚠️ Mandatory:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships or apprenticeships) in aircraft cabin interior structural design
Hands-on experience with composite materials and cabin structure integration
Good command of CATIA V5, ENOVIA or SmarTeam is a plus
Understanding of LOPA, seating layout, and interior assembly line environment
Familiarity with certification constraints (CS25, FAA) and design to cost/mass

Autonomous, problem-solver, and proactive mindset
Strong team player with excellent communication
Capability to work under tight deadlines in a multicultural team
🌍 Languages:
French (professional level) – required for communication with local teams and workshops
English (fluent) – required for documentation and international collaboration
