🛠️ Composite Stress Analysis Engineer – Aerospace (M/F)

Are you passionate about the strength of composite structures and ready to take part in cutting-edge aerospace projects? Want to work closely with design and certification teams on highly technical components? This opportunity is made for you!
🎯 Your Mission:
As part of a high-performance development program in the aerospace industry, you will be responsible for the structural analysis of advanced composite parts. Your work will ensure mechanical integrity and compliance with international certification standards (CS/FAR 25).
Key responsibilities include:
🔹 Perform static, dynamic, fatigue and damage tolerance analyses on composite and metallic structures
🔹 Develop and validate finite element models (FEM) for structural assessments
🔹 Evaluate strength, durability, and performance under various load conditions
🔹 Optimize structural design for weight, cost, and manufacturability
🔹 Review and validate stress reports and engineering drawings
🔹 Correlate simulation data with physical test results and support test campaigns
🔹 Collaborate with design, industrialization, and certification teams to meet milestones
Profil recherché
💼 Your Profile:
🎓 Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Structural Engineering
✅ Minimum 7 years' experience in composite stress analysis in the aerospace sector
💡 Proficient in FEA tools such as NASTRAN, PATRAN, HyperMesh
📚 Strong knowledge of composite material behavior and failure mechanisms
📏 Familiarity with CS/FAR 25 certification standards
🛠️ Previous experience with aerospace interior design and manufacturing processes
🗣️ Fluent in both English and French
