What You'll Build
☸️ Kubernetes Mastery: Design and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters for scientific workloads
☁️ Cloud Architecture: Implement scalable AWS solutions using EC2, RDS, S3, Batch, KMS, ECS, and more
🔄 DevOps Excellence: Build robust CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and modern automation tools
🛠️ Infrastructure as Code: Deploy and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

Required qualifications
Essential Requirements (3+ years experience)
Core Technical Skills
Programming Foundation: Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, or C# (object-oriented programming)
Kubernetes Expertise: Production experience with container orchestration, deployment, and management
DevOps Pipeline: Proven track record building CI/CD workflows with Jenkins or equivalent tools
Infrastructure Automation: Solid experience with IaC frameworks (CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform)
Cloud Integration: Deep knowledge of AWS services integration in production environments
Microservices Architecture: Ability to design and implement scalable, modular solutions for scientific computing

Nextflow Pipeline Experience: Hands-on work with pipeline execution, maintenance, and debugging
Advanced Orchestration: Previous experience with Cora/Seqera/CodeOcean/AWS Batch platforms

Development & Integration
Scripting Proficiency: Python and Bash automation expertise
