Job Description
Build and optimize automated workflows with Adobe Workfront and Fusion
📍 Location: Hybrid/Remote - Office in Prague, open to candidates from Czech Republic and Poland

The Role
Configure, administer, and develop automation solutions using Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion. Work closely with solution architects and QA engineers to implement and optimize workflow automations that drive business efficiency.
What You'll Do
Configure and maintain Workfront system administration (hierarchy, objects, permissions, custom forms, reporting)
Design and build Fusion scenarios for workflow automation, data syncing, and external system integrations
Implement REST API integrations and handle webhooks, error handling, and Fusion best practices
Translate solution designs into working Workfront configurations and Fusion scenarios
Work across multiple environments (SIT, UAT, Production) and document deployments
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations for performance and reliability
Required qualifications
Essential:
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with both Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion
Solid understanding of Workfront system administration (hierarchy, objects, permissions, custom forms, reporting)
Proven experience designing and maintaining Fusion scenarios for automation and integration
Strong knowledge of webhooks, error handling, and Fusion best practices
Ability to translate requirements into working Workfront configurations and Fusion scenarios
Experience working across multiple environments and documenting deployments
Strong collaboration skills to work with architects and QA engineers
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with troubleshooting abilities
English communication skills (Czech/Polish language skills are a plus)
Based in Czech Republic or Poland with ability to collaborate with Prague office
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of modern programming languages
AWS serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway)
Experience with automation optimization and performance tuning
