Job Description
The project
As part of a water treatment plant construction project, we are looking for a mechanical assembly supervisor to work on the engineering and procurement side.
Responsabilities
- Supervision of industrial assembly sub-contractors
- Contractualisation of assembly batches
- On-site quality monitoring (welding, assembly, positioning of bridges, etc.)
- Organising and monitoring planning
- Checking that assembly complies with the plans
- Coordination with local project managers
- Operational monitoring of subcontracting teams
Required qualifications
Skills
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the water treatment sector
- Fluency in Polish or English
- Intervention on the engineering and procurement side
