Job Description
The project
As part of the construction of a central station, we are looking for an EPC MEP Manager.
The missions
- Organize and manage the technical office specialists of different diciplines : low medium voltage, HVAC, planning and conditionning
- Should be able to have an overview from technical perspective, in order to answer and drive the team
- Be able to decide by experience what is the right technical choice to implement (cost / efficency)
- Guide the team
- Reporting to technical manager and procurement manager / planning, cost
- Follow construction side
Required qualifications
The skills we are looking for
- 10/15 years experience in MEP / Management project
- Worked on complex / public buildings (train stations, metro stations, big hotels, hospitals...)
- Proficiency in BIM / MS Project
