1/Service Context:
The service will be operating transversal security & compliance activities within the CyberDefense department serving most entities of the AXA Group, which include various products and technologies such as Privileged Access management

2/Service description:
The Service must have Project Management expertise
The service will provide and support with activities linked to PAM operational governances, Regulatory & other QoS initiatives, Security & Compliance
The service will be provided in (e.g. Hybrid Model setup : 4 Days / week at the beginning of the mission for the first 3-4 months, and later 8days/Month if resource is autonomous)
The Service will do the following
Transformation Program : Build & coordinate action plan
- PAM operational governances
- Regulatory & other QoS initiatives : Coordinate and support product teams with Delivery
- Documentation updates
- Combination of technical and interdisciplinary expertise
- expertise in risk assessment and management to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate controls.
- Project Management expertise : Familiarity with project management methodologies to oversee security initiatives effectively.
-Regulatory expertise : expertise of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) to ensure compliance across the organization.
- Expertise in Agile or Product organization is a plus

• Service to be provided with recourse to the following set of expertise:
Expert expertise in project management methodologies to oversee security initiatives effectively
Strong expertise in Agile methodology , expertise of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) to ensure compliance across the organization; risk assessment and management to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate controls
Confirmed expertise in IAM & Privilege access Management
