The customer works at the heart of the global travel industry and provides the technology which keeps the travel sector moving - from initial search to making a booking, from pricing to ticketing, from managing reservations to managing check-in and departure processes.
The products and solutions help to improve the business performance of their customers; travel agencies, corporations, airlines, ground handlers, hotels, railways, car rental companies, airports, cruise lines and ferry operators.

The Airline Solutions division is accountable for the optimal delivery of the technology and solutions required to achieve the Airline Solutions business objectives. The group encompasses under the same umbrella several domains and a large set of activities : Offer, Order, Traveler Touchpoints & Experience, Services, and Transversal Engineering.
One key mission of the Airline Solutions group is to enable and support to their customers in the retailing transformation and to deliver our Airline Retailing Vision.
As part of the Airline Solutions Engineering division, the User Experience team's mission is to deliver first-class solutions to our customers, to help them drive their innovation and offer memorable experience to their travelers.
The team is in charge of the usability, the design and the accessibility of the division's products along with their UX Research.

Objectifs et livrables
In team, User Experience Research and Design under Airline Solutions, we are looking for a dynamic, engaged, talented individual, passionate about digital and its related customer experience.
As a senior UX researcher, you have a deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, knowing how to use these methods to support the entire product/service design cycle, from product/service definition, design process, to UX solutions evaluation/tracking, as well as digital context.
You will be part of the UX team working closely with UX researchers, interaction and visual designers.
UX Design :
• Responsible for organizing and facilitating design sessions and focus groups with internal and external stakeholders such as product managers, customers, subject matter experts, front-end developers and end users.
• Have a good level of exposure and visibility by speaking at internal and external specialized conferences and events.
• Develop UX processes, methods, tools and frameworks.
• Recommends processes, product and/or service improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external business challenges.
• Autonomously solves unique and complex problems that have broad impact in the business.
About our ideal candidate :
• 6+ years' experience as UX designer in a B2B or B2B2C environment
• Experience in the early stages of product life cycle (PLC)
