Job Description
o Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
o Exemplary planning and time management skills
o Outstanding verbal and written communications skills (French Speaker can be a plus)
o Prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules, and greet customers and clients prior to meetings.
o Daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, coordination
Required qualifications
o At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
o Proficiency in English and French
o Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Available, mobile, and open to travel.
o Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
