Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Swimming Coaches to provide one-on-one or small group instruction to swimmers of various ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized swim coaching tailored to each swimmer's level, goals, and learning pace
Design and lead engaging, effective lessons focused on water safety, technique, endurance, or performance
Monitor swimmer progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to build confidence and ability
Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment
Communicate consistently with swimmers and/or parents regarding goals, scheduling, and progress
Set your own schedule and manage your coaching hours independently
Ideal for:
Certified swim instructors or competitive swim coaches
Swimmers passionate about teaching
Students or graduates in sports science, physical education, or related fields

Required qualifications
Strong background in swimming, coaching, or competitive aquatics
Certification in lifeguarding, swim instruction, or coaching is a plus
