Are you a Salesforce expert with a passion for process automation and training? Join our project for a leading logistics company, where you'll help local teams adapt and optimize a global Salesforce solution, and empower others through hands-on training.
What You'll Do:
Analyze and adapt global Salesforce solutions for local business needs
Advise on CRM best practices and process automation opportunities
Liaise with HQ and local teams to ensure smooth system conversion
Design and deliver training sessions for end users and administrators
Provide ongoing support and consultancy
Required qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud)
Strong background in process automation and CRM optimization
Excellent training and communication skills
Ability to bridge business and technical requirements
Fluent Polish and English language
