Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will work on extending the platform with new functionality, customizing features, and integrating Business Central with other Microsoft services, such as Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom extensions and applications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language
- Customize existing functionalities or add new ones based on business needs
- Integrate Business Central with external systems and Microsoft Power Platform components
- Resolve, debug, and troubleshoot system issues
- Identify root causes of errors and ensure solutions work as expected
- Optimize system performance by improving code quality and identifying bottlenecks
- Ensure data consistency and integrity during upgrades and deployments
- Follow best practices for source control, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in developing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Proficiency in the AL programming language and Business Central development tools
- Understanding of Business Central architecture and upgrade processes
- Experience with AppSource development and Microsoft Dynamics frameworks
- Familiarity with SCM tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD processes, and deployment automation
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 platform integration
- Good understanding of industry-specific terminology and business processes
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in agile environments
- Familiarity with Power Automate and Power BI
- Understanding of Azure DevOps or other pipeline tools for Business Central projects
