About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Industrial Designer with a passion for automotive design to join the team. You will be designing visually compelling and user-focused vehicle interiors and exteriors. Working alongside engineers, and product managers, you'll bring concept vehicles and production models to life from sketch to surface.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design automotive exteriors and interiors that align with brand identity, market trends, and user needs.
- Create detailed sketches, models, and renderings.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and production alignment.
- Participate in user research and feedback sessions to improve ergonomics, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automotive design, materials, technologies, and sustainability.
- Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and mockups to stakeholders and leadership.
Required qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive design (production or concept vehicles).
- Have background in automotive design is mandatory.
- Strong sketching and ideation skills with a well-rounded design portfolio.
- Familiarity with materials, CMF (Color, Material, Finish), and automotive manufacturing processes.
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
