Job Description
We are looking for IT Recruiters with a strong drive, dynamizm and potential to help us staffing our IT Projects we deliver for our large portfolio of customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Specifying the recruitment needs and requirements with the hiring managers;
- Searching, interviewing, recommending IT candidates;
- Selecting the best candidates regarding their skills, motivations and career interest;
- Drilling down the candidates professional experience to identify possible risk and incoherence;
- Anticipating recruitment by building and maintaining a permanent pipe of strong candidates;
- Elaborating and running recruitment campaign;
- Presenting our company and our projects to the candidates in a convincing way;
- Conducting the contracting negotiation and finalising the recruitment process;
- Participating in the new comers onboarding;
- Monitoring and catching-up the hired candidates in order to ensure low people turn over and high satisfaction;
- Participating in the periodic evaluation and HR problem solving;
- Maintaining a strong and longterm relationship with the customers.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or equivalent);
- Strong experience in searching candidates;
- Strong experience in conducting recruitment interviews;
- Ability to attract candidates, present our job offers and negotiate;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good english;
