We are looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer able to lead cutting-edge research and develop innovative solutions in AI/ML applied to the field of Digital Science.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement machine learning models for various applications
• Perform data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models to achieve optimal performance. Implement techniques like hyperparameter tuning and cross-validation.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of code, models, and processes.
• Participate in team agile and engineering practices and contribute to their continuous evolution.
Required qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile
• Ph.D. in Computer Science with specialization in AI (or equivalent)
• Understanding of Agile principles and associated practices
• 10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills with JavaScript and with at least Java or Python
• Strong experience and with AI related framework such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data quality analysis.
• Experience with at least one of the distributed ML frameworks such as Apache Spark, PySpark, Dask, or Horovod.
• Excellent knowledge of ML algorithms, statistical models, and deep learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as DataRobot, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with open-source big data technologies such as: Redshift, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Cassandra…etc
