Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the sourcing manager on administration of:
a. Technical tasks
b. Process documentation
c. Acquiring product pictures and specifications
d. Process technical dossiers and obsolescence dossiers
e. Maintain parts database in ERP
2. Help in research new supply chains for aftermarket products
3. Help in answering technical inquiries
Education and Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma (BAC-BAC+3) equivalent required from technical school
2. 1-2 years' experience in technical support call center or in procurement of mechanical or electrical components and related services
3. Experience working in Enterprise Resource Planning System
4. Willing to start a technical career in aviation GSE
5. Enjoy dynamic and fast paced environment
6. Demonstrated ability to multi task
7. Advanced Excel use
8. English, French required
