Job Description
You will join our delivery center, working within a team of experts in software solution development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Rollout will lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of a Fit-to Template SAP S/4HANA Cloud solution across multiple locations in Americas within the Life Sciences & Environmental Industry. This role will be responsible for managing multi-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Quality teams to ensure a standardized, compliant, and efficient system deployment.
- The Fit-to-Template approach ensures that the global template is leveraged with minimal customization, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep SAP implementation experience, and expertise in cloud-based ERP rollouts in regulated industries.
- You will lead the implementing project team and support the SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation and roll out projects
- Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Oversee all project phases includ-ing initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Successful delivery of a project in terms of scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, customer satisfaction and project team satisfaction.
- Take ownership by leading, guiding, and motivating the project team, driving results, providing appropriate support to the teams when needed, involving the Program Directors/ Managers if required.
- Ensure that the detailed plans for each phase, including the workshops schedules during High Level Design phase, as well as the Master project plan are in place working in conjunction with the Leads, Solution and Technical Architects.
- Monitor and control the approach and mechanism to capture Risks, Issues and Dependencies and ensuring the adherence to the process by project members.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation. Ensure team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices and SAP advancements, particularly in SAP Public Cloud, to continually improve project delivery processes.
Required qualifications
What profile are we looking for this position:
Must-have skills :
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other closely related fields.
- Overall, 5-10 years of experience.
- Proven experience in leading SAP projects (should have handled at least 2 implementations end to end of S4H Public Cloud Project).
- Good leadership, inter-personal and motivational skills.
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Project Management certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations in multi-country rollouts.
- Good understanding of Fit-to-Template methodology, ensuring global template adherence.
- Expertise in SAP modules across Supply Chain (MM, EWM), Procurement (S2P), Finance (FI/CO), and Manufacturing (PP/QM).
- Experience in data migration, system integrations, and master data governance.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), CPI and embedded analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid project methodologies.
