Job Description
We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Agent Developer to join an exciting EdTech project for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and LLM-based solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into the platform
- Optimize models, perform fine-tuning, and manage prompt engineering workflows
- Develop APIs and scalable automation pipelines for AI-powered applications
- Research emerging AI technologies to improve system performance and efficiency
- Ensure AI components are secure, reliable, and maintainable
- Analyze model outputs and user interactions to drive continuous improvements
- Maintain documentation and share best practices within the team
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development
- Expert knowledge of Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source)
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)
- Experience with API integration, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and scalable deployments
- English at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
